EVENT & TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket or attending any event hosted at Signature Resort Hotel Jinja, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
- All tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Entry is subject to ticket verification at the gate (QR code, receipt, or wristband).
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where an event is cancelled by management.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders may:
- Receive a refund, or
- Have their ticket transferred to a rescheduled date or alternative event.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrival, no-shows, or early departure.
3. Event Changes
- Management reserves the right to:
- Change event schedules, performers, or programs where necessary.
- Postpone or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, technical issues, force majeure).
- Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
4. Entry & Admission
- Management reserves the right of admission.
- Guests may be denied entry or removed without refund if they:
- Are intoxicated or disorderly
- Pose a safety risk
- Violate venue rules or public order
- Valid identification may be required for age-restricted events.
5. Dress Code & Conduct
- Guests must adhere to the event dress code, if specified.
- Abusive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Guests are responsible for their personal conduct and belongings at all times.
6. Security & Safety
- Security checks may be conducted at entry.
- Prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, etc.) are not allowed.
- Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Photography & Media
- By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording.
- Management reserves the right to use event media for marketing, promotions, and social media without compensation.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Attendance is at the guest’s own risk.
- Management shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
- Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during the event.
9. Alcohol & Responsible Consumption
- Alcohol is served strictly to persons of legal drinking age.
- Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
- Drink-and-drive laws apply; guests are encouraged to arrange safe transport.
10. Force Majeure
- Management shall not be held responsible for failure to host an event due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Security or public safety threats
11. Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
