Signature Hotel Booking Policy


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card, deposit, or full payment.
  • Guests will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS once the reservation is successfully made.
  • Corporate and group bookings require a formal confirmation letter.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment or a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • For corporate bookings, special payment arrangements must be made in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the total booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Any modification requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before check-in.
  • Reduction in stay length is treated as a partial cancellation and may be subject to cancellation fees.

6. Group & Long-Term Bookings

  • Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of booking.
  • Special rates and policies apply for extended stays and group bookings; these must be discussed with management in advance.

7. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

8. Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 5 years stay free when sharing a room with parents.
  • Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

9. No Food & Noise Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the hotel premises.
  • The hotel offers a variety of dining options at its restaurant and bar.
  • Guests are required to maintain a reasonable noise level to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
  • Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Management reserves the right to take necessary action, including eviction without refund, in cases of non-compliance.

10. Special Requests

  • Any special requests (e.g., honeymoon arrangements, disability access, dietary requirements) must be communicated in advance.
  • While we strive to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and may attract additional costs.

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • In such cases, guests may reschedule their stay without penalty, subject to availability.
