1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card, deposit, or full payment.
- Guests will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS once the reservation is successfully made.
- Corporate and group bookings require a formal confirmation letter.
2. Payment Policy
- Full payment or a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- For corporate bookings, special payment arrangements must be made in advance.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

6. Group & Long-Term Bookings
- Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of booking.

7. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
8. Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below 5 years stay free when sharing a room with parents.
- Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
9. No Food & Noise Policy
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the hotel premises.
- The hotel offers a variety of dining options at its restaurant and bar.
- Guests are required to maintain a reasonable noise level to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
- Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public areas.
- Management reserves the right to take necessary action, including eviction without refund, in cases of non-compliance.
10. Special Requests
- Any special requests (e.g., honeymoon arrangements, disability access, dietary requirements) must be communicated in advance.
- While we strive to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and may attract additional costs.
11. Force Majeure
- The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, guests may reschedule their stay without penalty, subject to availability.
